To establish JAINA as a trusted global humanitarian response network that mobilizes the Jain community to deliver effective relief and recovery support during disasters, while fostering resilience and hope in affected communities.
To provide timely, organized, and compassionate humanitarian assistance during disasters, emergencies, and natural calamities worldwide, guided by the Jain principles of Ahimsa (non-violence), compassion, and service to all living beings.
The JAINA World Community Service Committee is dedicated to coordinating disaster relief and humanitarian response efforts across local, national, and international levels. The committee will establish protocols for rapid response during emergencies such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, pandemics, and other crises. It will work in collaboration with reputable relief agencies, government bodies, and local organizations to ensure efficient delivery of aid including food, shelter, medical assistance, and rehabilitation support. The committee will also maintain readiness through fundraising mechanisms, volunteer networks, and resource mobilization systems. In addition to immediate relief, it will support long-term recovery and rebuilding efforts, ensuring sustainable impact. Through these initiatives, the committee aims to demonstrate Jain values in action by serving humanity during its most vulnerable moments.
