Long Range Planning

The JAINA Long Range Planning Committee is responsible for shaping the organization’s future through strategic foresight and planning, including:

• Strategic Visioning:
• Develop and periodically update JAINA’s long-term strategic plan aligned with its mission and core values.
• Community Advancement:
• Identify opportunities to elevate the Jain community’s impact, influence, and contribution across North America.
• Values Integration:
• Ensure that Jain principles and values are embedded in all long-range strategies and initiatives.
• Thought Leadership:
• Champion Jains, Jainism, and Jain values through forward-thinking programs and initiatives.
• Trend Analysis & Foresight:
• Monitor social, cultural, and organizational trends to anticipate future needs and challenges.
• Collaboration & Alignment:
• Work closely with JAINA committees and leadership to align long-term goals with current initiatives, including working with the Endowment Committee to strengthen JAINA’s financial position.
• Performance & Impact Review:
• Establish benchmarks and periodically assess progress toward strategic goals.
