Jain Center Liaison

The Jain Center Liaison Committee serves as a bridge between JAINA and affiliated Jain Centers, ensuring consistent two-way communication and alignment of goals. The committee will facilitate the exchange of best practices, success stories, and operational insights, with a special focus on supporting smaller Jain Centers. By identifying opportunities for collaboration and synergy, it will help centers optimize resources and improve their programs and services. The committee will also gather feedback from centers to inform JAINA’s initiatives, ensuring that organizational efforts remain relevant and impactful. Ultimately, the committee aims to empower Jain Centers to enhance member engagement while benefiting from a connected and supportive network.

• Chairperson: Provide leadership, define strategic direction, and ensure alignment with JAINA’s mission and objectives.
• Regional Coordinators: Act as primary points of contact for Jain Centers within assigned regions, facilitating communication and support.
• Communications Lead: Develop and maintain communication channels, ensuring timely updates and information flow between JAINA and centers.
• Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing Lead: Collect, document, and disseminate operational improvements, case studies, and success stories.
• Collaboration & Partnerships Lead: Identify and promote opportunities for inter-center collaboration, resource sharing, and joint initiatives.
• Feedback & Insights Coordinator: Gather input from Jain Centers, analyze needs, and provide recommendations to JAINA leadership.
• Programs & Engagement Coordinator: Organize forums, workshops, and meetings to encourage interaction, learning, and community building.
