Jain Center Assistance

Provides constitutional and educational guidelines for the formation of new Jain Centers and serves as a forum for interaction among existing centers.

Mission Statement

To facilitate the movement of JAINA to increase and expose its noble activities and objectives to new Jain Centers. This committee ensures new centers are accurately represented and have full access to JAINA resources, tools, and institutional knowledge.

Vision

  • To foster a strong and thriving network of Jain Centers across North America, equipped with inspiring temples and facilities that serve present and future generations.
  • To help shape the future of Jainism in North America by creating sacred spaces where Ahimsa, compassion, non-possessiveness, and spiritual discipline are preserved, practiced, and passed on.

Jain Center Nirman Yojana

Jain Center Assistance Committee (JCAC) is seeking financial support commitments from Individuals and Organizations (including various Jain Centers, Trusts, Companies etc.) through below options:

  • Donations: Lumpsum amount and/or Recurring amount
  • Interest Free Loans: Loan duration to be agreed upon between the donor and the recipient Jain Center.

Contribution (Donations, Interest Free Loans) will be requested only when a verified Jain Center submits a need to JCAC. You may choose to donate each time based on your ability.

  2. JCAC will invite you to the Official WhatsApp group for updates and Jain Center requests
  3. You will receive notifications when a Jain Center seeks support (including their presentation, a meeting invite to learn their center needs)
  4. You may contribute as you wish (donations, interest free loans)

  • Assistance in their fund raising (interest free loans, labhs)
  • Shipping materials from India
  • Pratishtha Event (Vidhikars, Food, Decorations, Day planning etc.)

Jain Temple of New York (JTNY):

  • Pratishtha Event planning and support
  • Pratishtha and Temple Items and India procurement

Jain Society of San Diego (JSSD):

  • Fund raising ideas and guidance
  • Pre-Construction guidance
  • Temple items and India procurement

Jain Society of British Columbia (JCBC):

  • Fund raising ideas and guidance for the Contract Sign / Closing event

Jain Society of Houston (JSH):

  • Fund raising ideas and guidance for the upcoming Shilanyas event
