• Election Management: Plan, organize, and administer Executive Committee elections every two years in a timely and efficient manner.
• Process Integrity & Transparency: Ensure a fair, impartial, and transparent election process in compliance with constitutional guidelines.
• Communication & Coordination: Clearly communicate election procedures, timelines, and requirements to all member Sanghs.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any disputes or concerns arising during the election process.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide certified results to JAINA’s Executive Committee and members.
