The JAINA Election Committee

Mission:

To ensure a fair, transparent, and inclusive election process for JAINA’s Executive Committee, upholding democratic principles and ensuring accurate representation of all member Jain Sanghs.

Charter (Roles & Responsibilities)

The JAINA Election Committee is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the biennial election process, including:

• Election Management: Plan, organize, and administer Executive Committee elections every two years in a timely and efficient manner.
• Process Integrity & Transparency: Ensure a fair, impartial, and transparent election process in compliance with constitutional guidelines.
• Communication & Coordination: Clearly communicate election procedures, timelines, and requirements to all member Sanghs.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any disputes or concerns arising during the election process.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide certified results to JAINA’s Executive Committee and members.
