Constitution Committee

The JAINA Constitution Committee is entrusted with the following responsibilities:

· Constitutional Oversight:

Review, interpret, and recommend updates to the JAINA Constitution to reflect the evolving needs of the organization and community.

· Amendment Management:

Facilitate a structured, transparent, and inclusive process for proposing, reviewing, and implementing constitutional amendments.

· Compliance & Governance:

Ensure that the Execurive Committee and the Board of Directors of JAINA understand and abide by the Constituion and By-Laws of the JAINA Constitution.

· Advisory Role:

Provide guidance and clarification to the JAINA Executive Committee and member Sanghs on constitutional matters and governance issues.

· Consistency & Integrity:

Safeguard the consistency, integrity, and intent of the Constitution and the By Laws across all decisions and interpretations.

· Documentation & Communication:

Maintain accurate records of constitutional changes and effectively communicate updates to all stakeholders.
